By using Review2Idea in any way, including browsing the website, creating an account, or submitting apps for analysis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Review2Idea is an AI-powered platform that analyzes public app reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The service identifies user pain points, discovers product opportunities, and generates structured reports, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and marketing content drafts.

Accounts

You may create an account using your email address and a password, or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the service in ways that exceed normal usage.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or our systems.
• Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Do not submit app URLs or inputs containing sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or confidential information.

Submitted Inputs and Public Review Data

You may submit app store URLs and search queries. Review2Idea collects publicly available app review data from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store based on your submissions. We do not claim ownership of the public review data; it remains the property of its respective authors and platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any non-public content through the service. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

AI-Generated Output

Reports, PRDs, opportunity assessments, and other content generated by Review2Idea are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, business, financial, or professional advice.

You must independently verify and validate any AI-generated output before making decisions based on it. Review2Idea is not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Ownership and License

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Review2Idea. By using the service, you grant Review2Idea a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and the collected public review data to provide and improve the service.

You may use the AI-generated reports and content produced by the service for your own purposes, subject to these Terms. Review2Idea may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve its services.

Subscriptions and Payment

Review2Idea offers free trial periods with limited usage. Paid subscription plans are available and processed through our Merchant of Record (Paddle), which handles payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing on our behalf.

Pricing, credit allocations, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are displayed on the checkout and subscription management pages. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. For annual plans, credits may be granted monthly to prevent abuse. By subscribing, you agree to the displayed terms and authorize recurring billing through Paddle.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that Review2Idea will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including the availability of app store data for specific applications or regions.

Third-Party Services

Review2Idea relies on third-party services including Supabase, Google, Apple, AI service providers, Sentry, and Paddle. These services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimers

Review2Idea and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review2Idea and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
