Refund Policy
We want Review2Idea to be useful and fair for indie developers and product teams.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on Review2Idea.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no paid AI report has been generated under your account.
Because Review2Idea uses AI processing, data retrieval, and infrastructure resources to generate reports, completed report generations are non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Payment made by mistake and no paid report was generated
- A technical failure on our side prevented access to the paid service
- The same subscription was charged incorrectly
Non-Refundable Items
- Reports that have already been generated successfully
- Used credits
- Account misuse, abuse, or attempts to bypass usage limits
- Change of mind after consuming paid credits
How to Request a Refund
If a refund is approved, unused paid credits may be removed from your account.
